Membership: Two individuals who between them are thoroughly acquainted with participants in the meeting’s activities.
Term: Beginning at November’s business meeting, reporting at December’s business meeting. May serve unlimited consecutive terms.
Selection: Appointed by the meeting at November’s business meeting.
General Responsibility: Nominates individuals to serve on the nominating committee.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Nominates two individuals each December to replace members cycling off the nominating committee.
- As needed throughout the year of their appointment (that is, throughout the year after their November appointment), nominates individuals to fill vacated nominating committee positions.
Clerk: Named by the committee.
